Pricing FAQ
What are Orbs?
Orbs are the credits you use for readings on Ascept. Each answer costs 10–48 Orb depending on the analysis depth. Nothing is deducted when we ask for your birth details or when an error stops the answer.
How are plan Orbs different from topped-up Orbs?
Plan Orbs refill on your billing date each month, and unused ones don’t roll over. Topped-up Orbs never expire. Readings use your plan Orbs first.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period and get the extra Orbs right away. A downgrade starts on your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime under Cancel plan at the bottom of your account page. You keep your Orbs until the next billing date, and you won’t be charged after that.
Do higher plans unlock more analyses?
No. Every plan gets Bazi, astrology, Vedic and the deepest analysis. Higher plans simply make each Orb cheaper.
Can I get a refund for unused Orbs?
If you haven’t used any within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund you in full. To request a refund, sign in and use Contact us.
